Enforcement & Litigation

The substantial time, expense and effort required to create intellectual property, the value that established intellectual property represents to a business, and the close connection between a business's intellectual property and that business's identity compel an owner to aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights against any and all infringement.

Fortunately, the U.S. Court system has a well developed system for litigating patent, trademark and copyright disputes and the applicable laws provide for a wide variety of remedies for I.P. owners in appropriate cases, including temporary and permanent injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, enhanced damages and attorneys fees.

We aggressively represent Intellectual Property owners in trademark, patent and copyright infringement litigation. Our passion for and knowledge of I.P law combined with our firm grasp of federal court procedures have allowed us to confidently assert, maintain, and successfully resolve infringement actions against some of this country's largest companies.

We are particularly experienced in litigation against third party infringers and with actions to enjoin the sale of counterfeit products and preventing those products from entering the United States.

We also represent clients in disputes over business purchases, ownership and inventorship, misappropriation of trade secrets, violations of non-compete agreements, and breach of licensing agreements. We are also experienced in representing trademark applicants in Opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, Contact Us to discuss how we can help.
